Shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum.
How long it takes
Each case is picked and packed by our production partner, which takes 1–3 business days. Delivery after that usually runs 5–11 days, so most orders land within 6–14 days of being placed.
We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you later: these are not next-day cases. They are made in small runs and shipped direct, which is why the price is what it is.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If a week passes with no tracking email, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will chase it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Customs and duties
Import duties are already included in what you pay at checkout. Nothing will be collected from you at the door.
Something wrong
If your parcel is late, stuck, or arrives damaged, use the contact page and tell us your order number. We answer within one business day.
