DESTINATIONS AND COST
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing is collected from you on delivery.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 1-3 business days. Transit to the United States usually takes 7-13 days, so most orders arrive within 8-16 days of being placed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer cancellation with a full refund for the unshipped order.
TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. The tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your address before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
