Molten is operated by Individual Entrepreneur KAIRATULY, registered in Almaty, Kazakhstan. "We", "us" and "our" refer to this seller.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. A customer account is not required to place an order.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout shows the order total, shipping and any applicable taxes before payment. Import duties for delivery to the United States are included in the displayed price.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, payment failure or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.
Changes to prices or product descriptions apply to future purchases and do not change an already accepted order.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product page identifies the item, colour and device model being purchased. Images may show additional colours or models; only the selected variant is included in your order. Screen settings may affect how colours and finishes appear.
Our cases are decorative accessories with a flexible protective shell. They are not certified rugged or military-grade protection, and we make no such claim.
We use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to process and ship orders. Molten remains your contact for order support, delivery issues and refund requests.
- SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is free.
Normal processing is 1-3 business days; transit is usually 7-13 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer cancellation with a full refund for the unshipped order.
Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address correction. Changes are not possible after dispatch.

- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. For a confirmed claim we will send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, and no physical return is required.
If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You pay return postage; we refund the full product price on receipt.

Molten is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Molten. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Molten, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Molten.
- WEBSITE USE AND CONTENT
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security or infringe the rights of others.
Website content belongs to Molten or its respective owners and licensors. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you. Third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy policies.
- YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not prevent you from bringing a claim before a court or authority available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
- CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights relating to an existing order.
